Where does the medical information on NICU 101 come from?
The information on this site comes primarily from the personal experiences of the contributors and also from the contributors’ interpretations of recent published medical research and literature. It is not meant to diagnose or treat any condition, or to supersede the advice of your physician. If you have a medical emergency call 911 or your doctor immediately. Consult your physician as soon as possible for any concerns over your child’s health or development. While the owner and primary author of this site has an MD degree, she is not a practicing physician, and does not represent herself as such.
When and how will my order ship?
Retail orders are typically shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment. Most packages are shipped via USPS parcel post and will arrive within 2-7 days. If expedited shipping is required, contact us for additional shipping options. For wholesale orders, shipping may take longer due to inventory and packaging requirements. If you have any questions about wholesale shipping times, contact us.
We will promptly replace items which are damaged in shipping, if we are notified within 7 days of package receipt. We will also accept returns if you are dissatisifed with a particular item. We will not process returns of individual boxes due to ordering too many cards. To initiate a return, use our contact form.
Do you do custom printing, or can I get cards in another color?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer customized colors or printing on our cards at this time. This service may be available in the future.
